Our Story
Made by hand, since before you were born.
Margaret and Lou Polanski opened Ring & Roast in 1974 with a secondhand fryer, a 50-lb bag of flour, and a single glaze recipe passed down from Lou's grandmother in Krakow.
Today their grandchildren run the shop. The fryer is newer. The glaze recipe is not.
